Utopia Depot accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused and unworn condition, with original tags attached.

Complete our return request form with your order number, contact information, the item being returned and your reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending merchandise.
Refunds and store credit
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment, or store credit is issued. Indicate your preferred resolution in your request. We will confirm the resolution and return shipping instructions when responding.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. We may request photographs.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
