Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

Welcome to Utopia Depot. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Utopia Depot website, online store, products, services, and related features. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

Online Store Terms

You must be legally permitted to enter transactions through our website. You may not use our products or website unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access, interference, misuse, or damage.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing, colors, specifications, and details. Appearance may vary by screen, lighting, manufacturer, or supplier. All products are subject to availability and may change without notice. We may discontinue products, limit quantities, or cancel unavailable items and provide an appropriate refund when applicable.

Pricing and Orders

Prices may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and, where permitted by law, cancel or modify affected orders. Customers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may result from carriers, suppliers, weather, seasonal demand, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee arrival before a holiday or another event unless expressly provided in writing for that order.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some merchandise may be processed or shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Products in one order may arrive separately and at different times.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to the Utopia Depot Return Policy. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original, unused and unworn condition, with tags attached. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Product Safety

Follow product instructions, warnings, age recommendations, sizing guidance, and safety information. Children should have appropriate adult supervision. Keep costumes and decorations away from ignition sources unless specifically designed for such use. Costume props are not real weapons and must not be used dangerously or unlawfully.

Allergies and Pet Products

Review available materials and manufacturer instructions for products that may cause irritation. Pet costumes and accessories require appropriate supervision and must not interfere with breathing, movement, vision, hearing, or temperature regulation.

Intellectual Property

Utopia Depot branding, logos, original graphics, written content, promotional materials, and other original materials may not be copied or commercially used without authorization. Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party payment processors, carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, suppliers, and other services. Those parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Website Availability, Warranties and Liability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Depot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Privacy and Accessibility

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Utopia Depot strives to provide an accessible online shopping experience; see our Accessibility Statement for information and assistance.
