At a glance: Utopia Depot currently ships within the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Rates vary by product, shipping method and destination. Items in the same order may also arrive in separate packages.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment is successfully completed. Processing time can vary by product, supplier, inventory source, order volume, and season. Processing may take longer during holidays and periods of high demand.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once fulfillment begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping Destinations

Utopia Depot currently ships within the United States only. Availability may vary by product and destination.

Shipping Costs

Your available shipping methods and the exact charge are displayed during checkout before you submit payment. Some products are fulfilled by different suppliers and may use different shipping rates. When items from different fulfillment profiles are purchased together, Shopify may combine applicable shipping charges.

If a shipping amount looks unexpectedly high or you are unsure which option to choose, please contact us before placing the order and we will help review it.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date is expressly guaranteed for that order. Delivery can be affected by supplier processing, carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For time-sensitive gifts or events, order early. Arrival by a particular date is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing for your order.

Multiple Packages and Third-Party Fulfillment

We work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship from different locations and may arrive in separate packages on different days. Separate shipments may also have separate tracking numbers.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please allow time for carrier tracking to update after a shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name and shipping address. If you discover an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment has begun.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another issue outside our control, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Situations will be reviewed individually.

Lost, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us with your order number and supporting details. Photographs may be requested when appropriate.

Returns and Refunds

Shipping-related returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and other order issues are also subject to our Return Policy. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
